Add section about file reading: txt and csv

Many AGs/AGüPs need to read data for scientific analysis during their lab work.

Reading txt and csv files should cover most of the dataformats and will provide the necessary basics for their specific application to get started with.

An easy example could be reading the official corona dataset as csv and apply simple functions on them like a mean or aggregation to 7 days etc.
