As mentioned in release v4.23.69 (https://github.com/FACT0RN/FACT0RN/releases/tag/v4.23.69) due to bug #24 there were zero rewards at level difficulty 257 and 258. A fixed was released before the chain advanced to difficulty level 258, but some miners did not update immediately, for whatever the reason.
Originally, as noted in the release, only miners who mined at level difficulty 257 and did not waive their right would receive the coins the earned by mining. As a courtesy, everyone who mined level difficulty 258 and did not waive their right will also receive their reward coins for mining even though a fix was available at the time.
The breakdown is as follows:
To see the details of these transactions, you may find them at block height 20828 and may inspect the block with the following command:
The command I used only allows for 8 decimal digits in the amount, so I rounded up at the 8th decimal place.
Happy factoring!!

P.S: I was sick for a week, so my apologies for the delay. Also, there was an issue in the miner with SegWit and merkle tree root hashes that took about 5 days to resolve. But, all issues have been resolved, miners have been paid and life moves on. :)
