Wasm Support?

Hi,

I was wondering if timely dataflow could support wasm compilation? It would be great to be able to run timely and differential dataflow on the web! I noticed some conversations on Gitter suggesting it might not be a large change, but I'm neither a rust nor a wasm expert!
