Basic setup instructions for the "lightweight" version of c/c++?

Hi, I have tried to use the "lightweight" version of c++, but I cannot find a basic tutorial on what is this exactly, what are the capabilities and how to setup the language server in the options tab. As the old "plugin" has been now removed, is there a very basic tutorial describing the capabilities and setup instructions? For example I am on windows, and ccls configuration does not seem to do anything if ...\clangd.exe has been set. project ccls seems that has no binaries as a release. What is the way to have that new "lightweight" c/c++ active up and running at full extend? NB24
