Redis docker-compose link

Hi,

For docker-compose, the link for redis in config/initializers/sidekiq.rb, I believe it should be:

redis_url = Rails.env.development? ? 'redis://127.0.0.1:6379' : "redis://redis:6379"

instead of

redis_url = Rails.env.development? ? 'redis://127.0.0.1:6379' : "redis://192.168.99.100:6379"

but I dont know the impact on the servers/services you are using. For local current docker-compose file seems like that, as being set to production and linked to redis.
