run_terminal_command failed with the message: The URL must be of scheme file

Environment

• Local: Windows, Remote: Linux
• VS Code runs in windows
  • Because I should use ChatGPT. However, Our company AI could be run in local server
• Continue Extension Version: [1.2.10, latest]
• Because of In-hose security, I can't run cmd.exe / powershell.exe and the others in Local Server (windows)
  However, I can run them in remote server (Linux)

Current Behavior

• Requesting AI in vscode continue and then there is an error below
  • run_terminal_command failed with the message: The URL must be of scheme file
• Clicking "Run" button and then remote server terminal open (work normally)

My Opinion

• When vscode's default terminal is connected to a remote server, the remote server's terminal is executed.
• I think the default terminal that continues runs in is the local server terminal, regardless of whether vscode is connected to a remote server, which is causing the error.

• How can I fix the error?

I thought continue had a feature that allowed it to use remote terminals. If it doesn't, it would be a feature request or feedback.
