Blockchain latest block null #35

Hi

I run my testnet blockchain node, and face issues, as the endpoint of /blocks/latest is returning null :

block_id	
hash	""
parts	
total	0
hash	""
block	null

I had used the readme of https://hub.cosmos.network/main/hub-tutorials/join-testnet.html
and installed latest cosmovisor from https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/tree/main/tools/cosmovisor

Can anyone assist?
