Older free versions does not work - unrecognized command line option "--premium=safety-off

As the title says.
Older versions does not recognize the unkown command line option "--premium=safety-off".

The exact error message is:
cppcheck: error: unrecognized command line option: "--premium=safety-off"

Any chance of getting an "legacy" option to disable this behaviour?
