TipTap v3 incompatable

The package relies on tiptap v2, and an upgrade to tiptap v3 would be desirable for including more of their new extensions and UI components.

An automated attpempt to fix this #87 failed due to BlockNote requiring the old (v2) version of tiptap.

After a brief request in the discord with @ianmacartney, I made a fork which allows for @convex-dev/prosemirror-sync with tiptap v3. The downside is I had to remove all reference to BlockNote to make the upgrade. I won't put in a PR that breaks BlockNote for everyone else, but if others want to use tiptap v3, this branch on my fork passes the local testing.

At some point we can release a new minor version that changes to v3, where v2 patches can happen on the old minor version - do you want to submit a PR?

@mstaab16 @ianmacartney blocknote v0.39 has been upgraded to tiptap v3, so shouldn't be a problem now: https://github.com/TypeCellOS/BlockNote/releases/tag/v0.39.0

That's great, thanks for finding that @yantakus! Now a more simple solution is probably possible. I can attempt a fix and test the upgrade when I get a minute if no one else handles it first

Sorry for not getting back earlier, I figured BlockNote would upgrade and a more complex solution would be overkill and not age well.
