Ignore archived GitLab projects & stack level too deep error

I am currently trying out the migration process from GitLab CI to GitHub Actions.

Upon running gh actions-importer audit ... I noticed that it was looking at archived projects. I think that those should be excluded by default.

I also got an error on such an archived project (maybe the pipelines are too old?):
