Support for Podman

I would like to use Podman Desktop as it is a free and open source alternative to Docker Desktop and supports many of the same commands.

I did manage to get it working in Windows by doing the following:

1. Completely uninstall Docker Desktop.
   • If not completely uninstalled, the presence of the installation seemed to mess up the discovery somehow.
2. Open an Administrator Command Prompt and perform the following:

   mkdir "C:\Program Files\Docker"
   mklink "C:\Program Files\Docker\docker.exe" "C:\Program Files\RedHat\Podman\podman.exe"
   

3. Close that Command Prompt.
4. Edit the system environment variables.
5. Append this to the PATH: C:\Program Files\Docker
6. Open a new (non-Administrator) Command Prompt or PowerShell and check that the alias works:

   docker info
