Individual profiles of CXX models

Hi all,

I wanted ask if there is a way to find the frequencies of each profile of any CXX model. I could not find any information in the .iqtree file (where you can find frequencies if you specify +F/+FO) or .ckp file. I know that most profiles are identifiable but I wanted to see if I could find the frequencies associated with each profile for some analysis I wanted to do.

That has the profiles for every CXX model.
