TypeError: render() got an unexpected keyword argument 'renderer'

Added trix to admin using instructions provided. Accessing the admin form with the trix field throws the following:

TypeError: render() got an unexpected keyword argument 'renderer'

• Django 2.2
• django-trix 0.3.0
• Python 3.7.3

@tsantor looks like this is the issue "Support for Widget.render() methods without the renderer argument is removed."

@tsantor looks like there is a PR for this that is just not merged in. Maybe just use their repo for now?
