Verify/allow setting price to 0 #26
Description
As per the base whitepaper, the first release of seabug must support price of 0, to allow for gifting.
Current onchain code does not do this, see here
This task is to modify the onchain code in plutus-use-cases, add/change tests related to this behaviour, then bring the offchain up to date with the changes.
