Switch to plutus V2 #29
Description
IOHK is funding testing out the Vasil features. We'll likely start with inline datum, however in order to do any of this, we must first upgrade the onchain to plutusV2, and handle the changes in the ScriptContext.
Given the current location of onchain code, we'd need to upgrade the plutus and plutus-apps of all of plutus-use-cases, which is out of scope. This may be a great opportunity to finally move the onchain to its own repository.
