Fix Camera Feed Carousel Styling #129

About
The styling of the camera feed is a little funky. There is a lot of present whitespace that could be used for a bigger camera view. Any refinements would be appreciated.
Requirements
- Must adhere to 4:3 camera aspect ratio.
- Cameras must not be covered by any other UI element.
- Skeleton component must take up the same space as the camera.
Note: DOES NOT need to have a responsive design for small resolutions. As long as it looks proper on a fullscreen setup, it should be good.
