The stack change suggestions

I liked this template so much since it allows me to ship faster and go straight to code business logic instead of spending days in configurations. I only think that some libraries has proven to the best lately and since this template uses only first in class I suggest that three libraries will be better if we switch them.

• The first is legend-list over flash-list as it becomes the goto in the community of react-native because of the performance gain, better web support and more.
• Toasts: I like them they are great but I don't like react-native-flash-message the appearance and the accessibility with stocked toasts, support for web... are the reasons to choose sooner. I always find my self replacing it as soon as I start a new app.
• tanstack-form: forms are always been challenging and react-hooks-forms been a wonderful solution, but Its time to switch to the brand new tanstack-form because of first class typescript support and better api...

All those libraries are just drop in replacement they don't need so much configs to have them working especially legend-list (I already opened a pull request) and sooner-native. Please consider my message and let's discuss if you can't update that.
