Update Financials Classes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• The current SDK is still using the deprecated API for financials, and does not handle new APIs (i.e. Ratios)

Describe the solution you'd like

• Update the SDK to handle the new APIs, as well as the docs to reflect the updates

Describe alternatives you've considered

• I have to use regular REST requests instead of RESTClient exposed by polygon sdk to consume the new APIs
