Subject: [PATCH] Add license file

I don't think the `"license": "ISC"` field in `package.json` is
technically enough to satisfy open source requirements.

Not sure if Plus Five Five is the preferred copyright holder for this
project; I just copied that name over from the [React Email license][1].
