Integration with TDBM

We need to change the way we detect that TDBM is install on the project
"file_exists(ROOT_PATH.'../database.tdbm')" in the createController.php view line 7.

We also need a variable 'tdbmDefaultGeneratedNamespace' set in the MoufManager.
