Use Case

I want to distribute tonguetoquill-usaf-memo to Air Force users with the Typst app. Our writing handbook specifies Copperplate Gothic Bold for the letterhead and Times New roman for the body. I am using Copperplate CC and TeX Gyre Termes as drop-in clone substitutes for these proprietary fonts.

Unfortunately, my users need to manually upload Copperplate CC to their web app projects which is high-friction. Is it possible to include this open-source font in the web app?
