Better out-of-the-box experience for non-Latin scripts

Description

When no language and no fonts have been configured, the out-of-the-box experience of users of many non-Latin scripts suffers a lot. The web app should guide the users to those settings and potentially also automatically set up fonts based on the language.

Users of such scripts have a better time getting started with the app.
