• submit an issue to prevent the above help docs from being generated

Functions team said they need to update generation branch.
Closing this PR.

The reason why there are so many updated files in this PR is that Functions has a large number of models. Since the last time
the module was generated, both autorest and autorest.powershell got a few updates, so after regenerating this time basically every file was updated.
