Refined GitHub Extension

It's pretty nifty, it's a browser extension that makes a lot of things about GitHub nicer. As one small example, if there's a new file in a PR, and you have split view on, it'll spread the file out over the whole pane instead of having a blank left pane and a green right pane. Makes it a lot easier to view at a glance. I might still open it in Rider for "Find Usages" and so forth, but it makes it more likely I can review simple PRs easily on a regular-sized monitor.

Other features include adding a "Bugs" tab next to "Issues" and using the GitHub API to get release metrics.
