Nvme windows boot for old Legacy BIOS

Step by step of how I manage to do it using clover.

(In my case I was using an PCIe Nvme adapter because my old motherboard didn't have and Nvme port.)

First you will need 2 Usb pendrives. one of at least 1gb and the other with 8gb minimum.

1. Download BDU utility and run it
2. Go to options and then configuration
3. In my case the most recent version didn't work out so a recommend changing the "Clocer Bootloader Source" to version 4961 (full files needed below)

5. Make sure your volume label is set to Fat32, Fat32-LBA may not work very well in older devices.
6. Click OK to close the window
7. Select your small capacity pendrive and Click in format. After the process is finished you should see a 200mb partition created.
8. Download Windows media creation tool from Microsoft website
9. Create your windows bootable pendrive using the executable (Rufus didn't work for me)
10. After all process is finished reboot your PC and boot from Clover usb ( I recommend putting as default as you have to do it everytime)
11. With Clover open you will use your right arrow key to move your selection to EFI Shell. Click enter to confirm.
12. You will see a list of all your connected device so you will have to find the code for you windows instalation pendrive (FS1 in my case)
13. Type the code of your device folowed by colon (FS1:)
14. Type "ls" to see the files in your directory
15. Enter the EFI folder by typing "cd EFI" and after cd BOOT to enter the boot folder
16. Type "ls" again to make sure you are in the right folder. You should see a file named BOOTX64.EFI.
17. Type BOOTX64.EFI to run it. After a few seconds you should see the windows logo and the instalation guide menu.
18. Follow the instalation in your nvme device as usual (make sure to delete any partition remaining in the drive before selecting it)
19. After all the process the system will reboot, with clover menu open select your nvme device (my was named EFI)
20. Enjoy fast speed windows in your old device!
