Windows Defender, annoyingly, chooses to flag programs like this one as "malware" simply because they don't have a code signing certificate. This may happen at random times, and this probability is because I am constantly submitting the software to the WDSI team for a second opinion on their guesses.
Well, guess who is tired of doing that? Me! That's why I decided to automate it with a Power Automate flow called IMDRC (Incorrect Malware Detection Response Center). Logs are stored as comments that are written by this flow on my behalf.
These false-positive detections typically happen when updating to a newer version of DISMTools, as I do checks to make sure the update process goes smoothly when releasing a new version and, effectively, do all the hard work for you. To avoid any problems when you do it, stay informed.
