Issues saving

So i completely wiped out the module on two sites and reinstalled. I noticed that I can't add a forum group after deleting samples on anyof them. And the one i did keep sapmples on i cant delete once i post.

@KylePerenchio duplicated in latest release 8.2.2 and created issue #1264

@KylePerenchio The underlying issue is that once you delete all of the forums, you can't add a new one. Already fixed that and doing some additional testing before it goes into next release. As a workaround in the meantime, you can just install and rename the sample forums to whatever you want and go from there.
