Bugwarrior does not read ~/.config/task/taskrc

I'm on taskwarrior 2.6.2, and have my taskrc stowed tidily in ~/.config/task/taskrc. Taskwarrior detects this fine, but bugwarrior does not. Any chance of bugwarrior checking ~/.config/task/taskrc for the config file?

We rely on taskw to read the taskrc for us, so this isn't an issue we can address here. There is a pull request on taskw addressing this issue: ralphbean/taskw#163.

My comment was actually not true because we're choosing the configuration file with our taskrc configuration field.
