ConvertTo-Seconds is returning invalid formated numeric data

By using ConvertTo-Seconds or ConvertTo-SecondsFromIcingaThresholds the returned numeric value is formated as 0,01 instead of 0.01 for example.
This causes problems by using these within different calculations and on check objects.
