Add a command for quickly changing directory on the current panel to the directory opened on another panel

In the Far Manager (a file manager for Windows, which is very similar to Midnight Commander) when you change drive on a panel, and that drive is opened on another panel, it opens the same folder which is opened on another panel. I personally find this thing very handy, and that's what I really miss in the Midnight Commander. Of course, MC is for Unix like systems, where there are no disk drives like in Windows, but the idea is to be able to quickly jump on the current panel to the same directory as on another panel.

Alt-i - make the current directory of the current panel also the current directory of the other panel. Put the other panel to the listing mode if needed. If the current panel is panelized, the other panel doesn't become panelized.
