0.11.0 deployed to mainnet

Hi All,

We have deployed version 0.11.0 to devnet-bleeding-edge as it moves into its audit phase.

A full breakdown of the changed can be found in the release pr:

Please note that this upgrade has changed to account structures so prior to its mainnet upgrade post-audit, all non-operator accounts will be closed off meaning there will be a slight disruption on the day of the upgrade as we coordinate the closure of accounts.

Dev versions of the clients have been released:

@monaco-protocol/[email protected]
@monaco-protocol/[email protected]

We are tentatively aiming for Monday the 24th or 31st July for the release - pending a successful audit.
