LLMRails's explain_info object not working

Hi, I am currently using nemoguardrails==0.11.0
and I am having issues with the explain() method from the LLMRails class. The issue is that the explain() method returns None
when is supposed to have all the expected information. This issue is happening randomly and it's hard to reproduce. Nevertheless it happens very frequently.

Has anyone faced the same issue? Has there been a fix for it?
