Adding Codeberg to the list of git services in the default configuration. (I believe this follows the same string interpolation as Micro$oft GitH*b.)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Having all Codeberg users figure out what one-liner to add by themselves, rather than make this work out of the box.

Additional context
Codeberg is EU-based, managed by a non-profit, and 100% free software. It currently counts 157714 users.
As an additional benefit, people on other ForgeJo instances would have a much easier time figuring out how to edit their config just by looking at the default values.
