Description
Please implement a way to make a Secondary Weapon with Overpowerable=true only available if the parent building is charged or activated through Type=Battery SW. For example, if the building has an AG-only Primary and an AG+AA Secondary or the weapons have different Verses=, the building will try to fire its Secondary to aerial targets or to suitable targets, even if it's not charged by a charger (like Tesla Troopers) or activated through a type=Battery SW.
Or extend the NoSecondaryWeaponFallback logic to completely prevent the Secondary Weapon from firing when the building is not being charged.
