RunAgentInput threadId and runId server-side generated

The threadId and runId in RunAgentInput are defined as required (not optional).

Is the intention of the protocol to always assign these identifiers on the client side?

How about the case when agent service wants to manage and assign these identifiers? Should client pass empty strings in threadId and runId?
