[Docs]: Add clarifying notes for apikey usage

Issue Description

I would like to add the below notes in the apikey section - verbiage changes are fine :)

        !!! note:
        Interactive authentication using 'dirctl hub login' takes precedence over apikey subcommands.  If you with to be certain you're using the api key for authentication, log out with 'dirctl hub logout'
        !!! note:
        In [Release v0.3.0](https://github.com/agntcy/dir/releases/tag/v0.3.0), apikey support is enabled for dirctl hub push and pull operations only
