Basically replace usages of
CMAKE_SOURCE_DIRwithCMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR, henceallowing to build ns3 from an overarching project.
Note that this is already the case in the NS-3 main repository nsnam/ns-3-dev-git@e72cfb6.
