LGTM. This also need a counterpart change on tlcpack to make sure the package is linked with the right ACL.

Thanks @Mousius, since we only support the latest version of ACL on each version upgrade, I think it would be good to include a section to the docs stating the version we support here. Probably in a separate PR, we should update the build instructions as it looks like this is outdated. |
