Adding sub menu items for each section

I was considering how to add these quick start guides to our docs pages, and I think we need to break up the content a little and add some new menu items. https://github.com/aspirepress/documentation/blob/main/_data/menu_v2.yml

I think we should move anything generic to the AspirePress section, with links to the contributors in the GitHub repos, or contributor gridlines if different on a per repo basis (I doubt they are).

I think we should have the intro, pretty much just saying what the product does, mostly as it is. Followed by guides to get up and running. Followed by "work" product / project management stuff, known issues, what's in the next release, changelogs etc and we should prob link out to actual issues and views, ie the view with filters applied for the repos etc. it would be nice if any thing we are saying is an issue or is coming soon was lining to a ticket or a view.
