Hacktoberfest 2025 participation, and others

I know we got hit by GSoC this year: https://www.asyncapi.com/blog/coc-report and that our Slack was spammed.

This is why I suggest we participate individually, as "repository maintainers" rather than the org in general. And we leave it up to maintainers of a given repo to handle the load, if they are ready for this.

We need to have official statement on this, cause there are also other initiatives, like https://www.onlydust.com/

What I'm suggesting is that:

• maintainers, like for example me, for https://github.com/asyncapi/generator just add hacktoberfest topic
• such a maintainer can be obligated to create a "welcome" issue that will be pinned to the top of the issues list during hacktoberfest. Below example of what "pinned issue" means
  
• "Slack" communication would not be promoted. Only GitHub.

And yes, we would anyway should be much more available for the Slack moderation, at least first few days of October.

Btw, side note, we at the moment have 10 repos in the org with topic list containing hacktoberfest. Example what I mean by topic:

I like the concept of individual project.
For the website project ,if we had that in hacktoberfest and there will be a huge spam
