'uninstall' command is not documented

• I ran cw doctor in the affected command line session and it didn't resolve my issue
• I ran cw restart and it didn't resolve my issue
• I searched the discussions in this repo and there are no duplicates of my issue

Expected behaviour

To easily understand how to safely uninstall CW

Actual behaviour

I scoured documentation and tested all of the different commands listed in cw help-all. Then on a whim I typed cw uninstall and I guess I got lucky?
