not working in alacritty

• I ran q doctor in the affected command line session and it didn't resolve my issue
• I ran q restart and it didn't resolve my issue
• I searched the discussions in this repo and there are no duplicates of my issue

Expected behaviour

there should be popup auto-suggestions

Actual behaviour

there aren no popup auto-suggestions

Steps to reproduce

• restartet q
• restartet alacritty
• restartet machine

not suggestions in alacritty but works fine in standard terminal app
q doctor returns

Can you try running q integrations install input-method, this should install the integration needed for alacritty.

I did try that but it had no effect. q integration status input-method returns installed.
I also tried reinstalling the input method and q mutliple times with reboots inbetween but that did not help either.
