Q doesn't start after updating iTerm 2 and restarting

Checks

• I ran q doctor in the affected command line session and it didn't resolve my issue
• I ran q restart and it didn't resolve my issue
• I searched the discussions in this repo and there are no duplicates of my issue

Expected behaviour

When starting iTerm2 with ZSH I should see q autocompletions.

Actual behaviour

After restarting my computer which updated Q, I no longer see autocompletions. Initially my color coding and such from my bash_profile were in place. After running q restart and restarting iTerm2 now my bash profile is updated such that I don't get color coding, but now Q autocompletes are working.

Steps to reproduce

Restart iTerm 2 to get Build 3.5.4
Restart Q to get Version 1.4.4
Start iTerm 2, opens ZSH with new bash profile (presumably from q doctor).
