Omarchy Manual and Omacom updates

Since neither Omarchy Manual nor Omacom text are set up for git-based collaborations, I am listing proposed updates here. My apologies if this is nt the right way to do it ;)

Asus ProArt 31.5" 6K dispay

Asus has announced a ProArt 31.5" 6K dispay for less than a quarter of the price of the XDR. It just isn't shipping yet

It is shipping now; time to update the wording :)

multiple keyboard layouts

Omarchy Manual mentions multiple keyboard layouts twice:
in https://learn.omacom.io/2/the-omarchy-manual/78/keyboard-mouse-trackpad

1. This duplication does not seem warranted.
2. Layout-switching toggle alt_space_toggle suggested in the main text of the manual is problematic: key combination Alt + Space is a subset of the key combination Super + Alt + Space, so with this toggle configured, every invocation of the Omarchy menu also switches the keyboard layout :)
