Cloudinary! That is a Resource that Heroku has registered. Free Plan, both on Staging and Production.

Are we using that Resource? Can we get rid of it?

Has 17 assets listed. Last changed in 2014.

Production

48 non-sample directory assets listed. Last file changed in 2015.

I don't remember who added this. @KimberleyCook do you have any insight into this? I'm going to ping Despo as well. Let's wait until we know why it was added before we delete.
