Browser sandbox vs Cloud sandbox

I wanted to know what makes a github repo eligible for browser sandbox. I have an example here which opens up as browser sandbox on the main branch but not on the feature branch. Although the configuration is same in both the places. Also the example breaks on the feature branch, when opened up as cloud sandbox.

I tried testing by adding a sandbox.config.json with vue-cli as template.
