[Bug]: Edit description icon disappears after navigating back from Edit Description screen

Summary

When we try to edit the description by tapping on the edit icon, the app navigates to the Edit Description screen. But after navigating back either via the back button or the save button, the edit icon disappeared and user won't be able to edit description unless they open the Contribution Details screen again.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any of your contributions from the Contributions screen
2. Click on the edit icon to edit the description
3. We will be navigated to the Edit Description screen
4. Navigate back either by the back or submit button

Expected behaviour

Edit icon for description should be visible

Actual behaviour

Edit icon for description disappears

The issue had a pretty simple fix.
