On organization profiles, the People section displays avatars for the first 20 accounts to join the organization.

Proposal: Have this list of people instead be users sorted by # of commits (or some other metric).

In large organizations, especially ones like mine that are using SCIM for provisioning, there was really no logic to the order in which users were onboarded into the organization. Most of the users featured in our people section rarely use GitHub (and don't even have custom avatars set), where users that interact every day are not shown.
