Ran into permission error when uploading ios simulator test logs on helix machine

Ran into this issue qualifying my PR dotnet/runtime#58870

This is the error message:

PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/tmp/helix/working/A3D8088A/w/9AC408C0/uploads/Reports/Loader.classloader/explicitlayout/objrefandnonobjrefoverlap/case2/list-ios-simulator-64-20210915_102435.log'
