Can I convert f1 to f4 address if I have key pairs made with secp256k1 ECDSA algorithm.

Hi, If I have a private key/public key made with the secp256k1 ECDSA algorithm, can I convert the f1 address to the f4 address or vice versa?
I implemented converting the Ethereum address (0x) to f4 address.

you can't convert between the two directly as they use different hash functions. You could directly derive an f1 address from your public key, but I wouldn't recommend reusing the same key in that way.
